- Overseas supply and installation contracting in the telecom sector (GEC Marconi)
- Industrial plant construction and procurement (ICI)
- Licensing of intellectual property including licensing of industrial plant designs (T & N plc)
- IT procurement and licensing – including global software licensing of proprietary systems , procurement of major systems from major suppliers e.g. SAP, HP and IBM (Royal & Sun Alliance, Phoenix Life)
- Joint ventures overseas – corporate and co-operative (GEC and others)
- Distribution agreements
- Purchasing and Sales conditions
- Long term supply agreements (Roadchef)
